The Marian Sainyam World Mission continues to operate in developing countries like India. Along with the work of evangelisation, social service activities are continuing in many states in India including Kerala. The Marian Sainyam World Mission has various mission units in various districts of Kerala.

The Palakkad Zone provides financial assistance to 50 cancer patients every month, wheel chairs to the disabled and Easter, Onam and Christmas kits to needy patients every year.
